Did you watch the latest episode of The Amazing Race? If not, here is the scene: the contestants are in race cars as a professional driver is going around the track at high speeds. The contestants must remember a name and a set of numbers. The trick is they are going at a high speed and the numbers are not written in a way that is easy to remember. Here at 800response, we’re fortunate to work with wonderful businesses who understand the power of using easy-to-remember response tools, or hooks if you will, as the call-to-action in their advertising campaigns. We recently spoke with two customers; one that has been with us for over 13 years, and another that we’ve had the pleasure of working with for just a few months.

Customers can visit our website and contact us through the online form, but having live conversations with people is much better in this business. There are too many options and too much information to communicate to someone effectively over an email, so we prefer to talk to our customers to establish a relationship and provide the best service we can to meet their mortgage needs.”… Read more »
