Caller data is vital to providing the best customer experience possible. That’s why we have developed proprietary applications to integrate caller data, customer profile data points, and call recordings with most Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

CRM Capabilities

The 800response CRM integration delivers call data through XML using the Auto-lead Data Format (ADF), or through a custom format designed to meet your requirements. Our CRM integration capabilities give you the flexibility to customize data delivery according to your unique business needs.

In addition to standard call data (date, time, dialed toll-free number, originating number, city, state, etc.) our data feed can also contain address & demographic information, ring duration, connect duration, and user entered notes and tags.

Data Delivery

Data records can be delivered and transmitted based on your call volume and security needs, and in a variety of ways:

  • Excel or CSV

Call Recordings

You can access your stored call recordings on our server using the secure link in the XML record.

Data Security

Access to call recordings is available through secure HTML links within the data feed. These links are self-authenticating and requests for this format of audio playback can be restricted to a specific IP address or IP address range.

Data Backup

Call data and recordings are stored on our hardware, which is housed in a leading data center with highly reliable connectivity and power.
