Heather joined 800response in 2000 as a member of the Customer Service Team. During her tenure at 800response, Heather has grown into the role of Vice President, in which she currently leads the Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams at 800response. She works with all teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences to every client based on their unique business needs. Heather also works closely with 800response’s telecom vendors and carriers, and related internal departments to offer support to 800response’s switching platform and billing systems. Heather’s comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and telecom platform requirements is critical to her role in overseeing rigorous regression testing and documentation. She is also responsible for achieving department goals and ensuring that each team successfully supports our customers and their success. Heather is a North American Numbering Council (NANC) and Somos User Group member. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Lyndon State College.
