800response Adds Digital Marketing Specialist to the Team

BURLINGTON, Vermont, November 09, 2018800response, North America’s foremost supplier of shared-use toll-free vanity 800 phone numbers, is proud to welcome Ashley Watson to its team as Digital Marketing Specialist. Watson is responsible for creating and applying digital marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms for both 800response and its sister company, CallFinder.

800response and CallFinder

With over 28 years of experience, 800response provides businesses with advanced lead generating and call tracking tools to help businesses increase their inbound leads, boost sales, measure campaign performance, and capture customer demographics. 800response launched CallFinder in 2011, leading the development of cloud-based automated speech analytics and call scoring technology.

CallFinder provides small and medium size businesses and contact centers with call quality and agent performance monitoring tools. These include automated keyword searches, call categorization, call scoring, a cloud-based, user-friendly analytics dashboard, automatic reporting, and MyAnalyst client services for implementation and ongoing client support.

Maintaining a Strong Online Presence

“We’re very excited to have Ashley join the marketing team here at 800response. Her extensive skills and knowledge in the digital marketing arena will prove to be great assets in helping to develop and elevate our digital and content marketing strategies to maintain a strong online presence for both our 800response and CallFinder brands,” says Jeanne Landau, Director of Marketing for both companies.

Prior to working at 800response, Watson acquired a wealth of marketing experience. She spent two years as Marketing Director at Quadric Software, Inc., which provides backup and disaster recovery solutions. At Quadric, she developed and implemented marketing strategies, while maintaining and optimizing the company’s website to increase leads. Before that, Watson was the Marketing Assistant at American Meadows where she helped with creating new web content and SEO optimization.

She also served as Media Content Developer for four years at FoodScience Corporation, a research company in the human and animal health industry. Watson was responsible for developing and maintaining online content, as well as working with the marketing team to create a wide array of printed promotional materials. Watson has also offered her comprehensive writing skills to a variety of businesses over the years, from freelance web content writing and graphic design to creating and managing digital and print marketing campaigns.

Her efforts are already making a difference on the website with fresh content and new designs. In fact, Watson designed the graphic at the beginning of this article, and she collaborated with coworkers to create the content for our new What We Believe page.

When asked how she feels about working here, Watson replied, “Just in the few months I’ve worked here, I already feel that my contributions are truly valued and appreciated. This is an amazing place to work, full of wonderful, talented people who inspire me in so many ways. I’m excited to be a part of a team of dedicated individuals in a role that offers professional and personal growth. I can’t wait to see how much this company grows by this time next year.”
