Watson is responsible for creating and applying digital marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms for both 800response and its sister company, CallFinder.
With over 28 years of experience, 800response provides businesses with vanity numbers and call tracking tools to help businesses increase their inbound leads, boost sales, measure campaign performance, and capture customer demographics. 800response launched CallFinder in 2011, leading the development of cloud-based automated speech analytics and call scoring technology.
CallFinder provides small and medium size businesses and contact centers with call quality and agent performance monitoring tools. Prior to working at 800response, Watson acquired a wealth of marketing experience. She spent two years as Marketing Director at Quadric Software, Inc., which provides backup and disaster recovery solutions. At Quadric, she developed and implemented marketing strategies, while maintaining and optimizing the company’s website to increase leads. Before that, Watson was the Marketing Assistant at American Meadows where she helped with creating new web content and SEO optimization.
She also served as Media Content Developer for four years at FoodScience Corporation, a research company in the human and animal health industry. Watson was responsible for developing and maintaining all online content. She also worked with the marketing team to create a wide array of printed promotional materials. Watson has also offered her comprehensive writing skills to a variety of businesses over the years, from freelance web content writing and graphic design to creating and managing digital and print marketing campaigns.
Her efforts are already making a difference on the website with fresh content and new designs. In fact, Watson designs many of the new graphics and collaborates with coworkers to find other opportunities to improve our web presence.
