800response Makes Capterra’s 2021 Shortlist for Call Tracking Software

We are excited to announce that 800response was recently named an Emerging Favorite in Capterra’s 2021 Call Tracking Software Shortlist Report

Making Capterra’s Shortlist report is a tremendous achievement for 800response. According to Capterra, this new report replaces their Top 20 report with one major difference: “Where the Top 20 was a flat list, Capterra Shortlist plots the top products on a chart, allowing buyers to easily see which products are strongest on each component.”

This change acknowledges the “nuance and individuality of buyer preferences,” making it easier for buyers to find the right software. It also eliminates the “arbitrary requirement” of Capterra’s Top 20 reports by selecting only the top-scoring products in that category.

The Selection Process

Only 18 of the 122 products listed in Capterra’s call tracking software category made the 2021 Shortlist. That alone is a big win for 800response! But we also scored higher than many of our competitors on the customer ratings score. This score is based on the number and relevancy of user ratings on Capterra.

800response was one of only 2 products that scored a perfect 50/50, placing us ahead of such long-time players as Five9 (45/50), CallRail (43/50), and RingCentral (44/50), to name a few.

This milestone is a true testament to our commitment to customer service and a huge honor for us. However, we couldn’t have done it without our customers!
